We do not sell student data, use student learning records for public commercial advertising, or monetize institutionally entrusted records.
2. Information Handled Within the Ecosystem
Depending on the modules deployed by an institution, the platform processes:
- Institutional Records: Roster details, class designations, teacher schedules, and academic syllabi.
- Parent & Guardian Communications: Authorized phone numbers, notification preferences, and billing records managed through institutional gateways.
- Academic & Learning Context: Practice questions completed, topic mastery indicators, and teacher grading inputs.
- System Telemetry: Log data, feature interaction metrics, and session audit logs strictly used to maintain reliability and security.
3. Artificial Intelligence & Model Privacy
Zyra AI systems operate under strict boundary governance. Prompts, student responses, and internal institutional documents processed through our system are governed by tenancy partitions. 4. Institutional Ownership & Tenancy
Every institution retains sole ownership of its records. Upon termination or migration, schools maintain the right to export full structured data archives. Data deletion and archival protocols are strictly maintained per bilateral institutional contracts.
5. Security Governance
Zyra applies modern defensive engineering practices including encrypted transport (TLS), encrypted database storage, role-based access control (RBAC), and continuous session anomaly logging.
