1. Platform Scope & Purpose
Zyra Edutech Pvt. Ltd. provides software, AI tools, and institutional operating systems designed to support schools, universities, educational trusts, educators, parents, and students. Use of our public website and proprietary platforms is subject to these terms and the specific Master Service Agreement (“MSA”) signed with each deploying institution.
2. Institutional Master Agreements Precedence
Where an institution has entered into an institutional software license, pilot agreement, or enterprise deployment contract with Zyra, the terms of that signed contract supersede any general website terms to the extent of any inconsistency.
3. Acceptable Use of AI Features
All users of Zyra AI capabilities agree to use these tools for constructive educational, administrative, and learning support. Users shall not:
- Attempt to bypass safety guardrails or role-based prompt boundaries.
- Submit malicious, abusive, unlawful, or sexually explicit content into academic processing queues.
- Reverse-engineer model prompts, system instructions, or proprietary orchestration pipelines.
4. Intellectual Property
The Zyra name, logo, software architectures, UI components, and software code are the intellectual property of Zyra Edutech Pvt. Ltd. Curricular content, question banks, and institutional data supplied by an institution remain the exclusive property of that institution.
5. Account Integrity & Access Controls
Access credentials for institutional portals, teacher consoles, and administrative dashboards are strictly personal to authorized personnel. Sharing master credentials or subverting role boundaries is strictly prohibited.
6. Service Availability & Demonstrations
Interactive interfaces, dashboards, and live previews displayed on this website represent sample configurations, pilot workflows, or active demonstrations. Actual institutional SLAs and uptime commitments are defined in formal deployment schedules.
